performance enthusiast. We offer a complete line of rebuilt aircooled and watercooled
engines for most Volkswagens including Beetle, Bus, Vanagon,
Rabbit, Jetta, Dune Buggies, Baja’s, Sandrails, etc. All aircooled
and most watercooled engines are “Hot Run Tested” prior to
shipping and all stock replacement engines include a 12 month
12,000 mile limited warranty.JCS also rebuilds most VW manual transmissions.We offer stock
replacement transmissions for Beetles, Bus, Vanagon,Type 3,
Rabbit and Jetta all covered with a 12 month 12,000 mile limited
warranty. JCS builds performance transmissions for street and
offroad applications including the 002 and 091 style transmissions.JCS also rebuilds engine components including stock replacement
and high performance cylinder heads, crankshafts,connecting rods,
camshafts, lifters etc. We are a factory authorized distributor for all EMPI and
CB Performance parts and components. Listed in our
Accessories section are tried and proven parts that JCS has
repeatedly tested and highly recommend. NOTICE: Returned custom ordered engines are subject to a 20% return fee.
